We do not accept returns of any kind. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are if the physical product or service:

• Is defective or damaged upon receipt, or

• Has not been delivered as promised.

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at henkelpress@gmail.com with proof of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.

Digital Products & Services

For digital products, downloads, or services, once access is granted or the product is delivered, no refunds or returns will be issued.
